How do I find my size?
We provide clothing and shoe size charts on each applicable product page. Measurements are provided in inches and centimeters and include bust, waist, hip, and length where applicable. If you're between sizes, you may consider sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Many of our popular items are restocked regularly.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 7–10 business days
- Canada, Australia, UK: 10–20 business days
- International Orders: 10–25 business days
During high-volume periods such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website and/or at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but please check your location at checkout! Because Petal & Sea also sells other brands, items may ship directly from our trusted suppliers to international destinations where applicable.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking updates to appear, as carriers may take time to scan packages into their system. Alternatively, you are welcome to track your package on our website.
What about customs, duties, and taxes?
Petal & Sea LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at info@petalsea.com to start a return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What items cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Certain types of items like perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods cannot be returned.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@petalsea.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
When will I receive my refund?
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
